This report by Applied Pavement Technology, Inc. evaluates the pavement performance of projects rubblized and overlaid with HMA in Michigan. Data from the Michigan DOT pavement management system was analyzed to determine how these pavements, constructed between 1988 and 2002, have performed over time.
