Rubblized 55,000 square yards of thick airfield concrete pavement operating an 8600 Badger Breaker® to pre-break the concrete and an MHB Badger Breaker® to complete the rubblization. The original plan was to mill the existing concrete to achieve the necessary profile and then rubblize. Due to the hardness of the concrete the contractor decided to rubblize the pavement prior to milling. This worked very well significantly improving the concrete pavement milling efficiency.
